Catherine Marche

Catherine Marché grew up moving between countries and worked as a computer scientist and IT consultant in Paris and the City of London before turning to jewellery. She trained at Central Saint Martins, City Lit and the Goldsmiths' Centre, and took masterclasses with goldsmiths in Hatton Garden, Scotland and at the Pomellato academy in Milan.

Her designs pair simple, organic lines with a Parisian sense of style, inspired by travel, art, antiquity and couture. She works in recycled 18ct and 22ct gold, sterling silver, natural gemstones and cultured pearls, using techniques from photo etching to Etruscan granulation. Her work has appeared in Vogue and L'Officiel, and she was among the first fifty jewellers to sign the Fair Luxury Pledge.
