Kassandra Gordon
Kassandra Gordon is a London-based fine jeweller and visual cultural artist whose work is rooted in her British-Jamaican heritage. Her story begins with a gold locket her mother gave her when she was nine, her very first piece of gold.
After years working within the jewellery industry, she launched her own practice to explore identity, heritage and legacy, with braids and woven threads as a signature motif. Every piece is designed and made in her London studio using recycled gold and platinum and ethically sourced natural gemstones, and she is a licensed Fairmined gold jeweller. Her jewellery is made as modern heirlooms, to be worn and handed down.
